About Ian + Ida.

An American-Norwegian couple, Ian and Ida have always had a love for all things flavorful and nostalgic. In 2025 it became their mission to bring their favorite American topping to Scandinavia. Ian + Ida’s “Hot Honey” was born with the hope that more people could enjoy the delicious flavors of honey + heat as much as they do.

Ian + Ida’s “Hot Honey” (Honning med Eplecidereddik og Cayenne) is made in Oslo from all organic ingredients including organic Ukrainian honey. This means that each batch may vary slightly in taste and color. We strive to make the most natural and delicious honey products possible.
